After reading about this on my sister-in-laws blog, I decided to try it out. The Preparedness pantry offeres a food storage analyzer that helps you calculate where your food storage stands. Mine came out to be just over 40 days of storage for a family of 5 at a consumption of almost 9,000 calories a day.
